Constructed of a 304 stainless steel knitted wire core over-braided with the highest quality Type E fiberglass, Davlyn commercial oven gaskets provide a high-temperature thermal seal in environments with a recommended operating temperature of 1000°F (540°C) that exceeds the extreme temperatures associated with the pyrolytic cycle.
Standard and Custom Sized Oven Gasket Seals
Davlyn oven gaskets provide a traditional thermal gasket design for commercial and industrial ovens. There are a number of variables that need to be considered to ensure proper tadpole gasket selection. Our vertically integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities allow us to design, prototype and produce the optimal solution, in the minimal timeframe. Although Davlyn offers “standard” tadpole gasket product configurations, we welcome the opportunity to develop a custom oven gasket around your design requirements. In collaboration with your team, we review compression and dimensional requirements to create a tailored oven seal or oven gasket for your specific design challenge.
Davlyn Clip Gaskets are available in standard and custom sizes from 0.250″ (6.4mm) through 0.65″ (16.5mm) diameters. Davlyn Tadpole Gaskets are available in core/bead diameters up to 3/4″ (19.1mm). Most Davlyn oven gaskets are available in gray, anthracite (with enhanced color retention technology) and black. Davlyn oven gaskets can also be supplied as a continuous piece with integral terminations, or mounted on an internal custom wire frame.
