Fiberglass Tape Overview
Davlyn offers a variety of fiberglass tape (wrap) products. Our fiberglass tape is knitted from the highest quality fiberglass yarns. Fiberglass insulation tape will not burn and is suitable for use in continuous temperatures to 1000°F (540°C). Common uses for fiberglass tape include high-temperature compression seals and thermal insulation wraps to contain heat and protect hoses, cables, workers and surrounding components from heat. Fiberglass tape can also be coated with a high-temperature silicone elastomer.

Fiberglass Insulation Tape with Silicone Coating
Silco Tape® is produced by coating one side of our knitted fiberglass tape with a layer of high-grade silicone elastomer. The silicone coating provides enhanced thermal insulating performance, with the additional benefit of protecting the underlying fiberglass tape from oils and other contaminants, as well as molten metal splash. Silicone coated fiberglass wrap tape is suitable for applications with continuous temperatures up to 500°F (260°C).
Davlyn fiberglass tape is available in standard sizes from 1″ (25.4mm) through 5″ (127mm). Most of our knitted fiberglass insulation tape is available in white or black.
Silicone coated fiberglass tape is available in sizes from 1″ (25mm) through 5″ (127mm) in Iron Oxide Red with custom colors available.
