Corportate Responsibility and Sustainability

At Davlyn, continuous improvement goes beyond the factory floor to include many programs aimed at enhancing our corporate responsibility and sustainability (CR&S) efforts. One of the first actions was successfully completing an independent corporate responsibility audit that included areas of interest including legal and basic labor conditions, health and safety, and environmental protection, among others.

In addition, we completed our ISO 9001:2015 certification and have begun to implement improved lean management and production systems. Our focus on CR&S can also be highlighted through the following tangible actions:

  • 50% sustainable water sourcing
  • Installation of high efficiency lighting
  • Recycling and waste management programs
  • Energy efficient appliances and machinery
  • Local community giving
  • Employee wellness programs

With company-wide participation and management support, we continue to identify and drive initiatives that will have a positive impact on our stakeholders and environment.

We are committed to our Corporate Responsibility of ethically conducting business, respectfully and safely employing members of our community, and duly conserving the environment in the interest of achieving harmonious and sustainable growth. We expect all of our stakeholders (our employees, our vendors, our customers and our shareholders) to apply these ideals in all elements of our business processes.
