Davlyn's proprietary "Clip Gasket" is designed to provide a high temperature thermal seal in environments with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 540°C/1000°F. Constructed of a 304 stainless steel knitted wire core overbraided with type E fiberglass, the gasket has a unique attachment method consisting of individual wireform clips. Spacing between clips can be varied, by clip, to suit individual customer designs. The clip itself is designed for insertion, with minimal force, in a pre-drilled hole in the door or frame of the enclosure.

The gasket jacket is available in gray, dark gray and black.

The design flexibility of our attachment method allows Davlyn to accommodate various radii and structural anomalies, providing a secure mount that is as easy to replace as it is to install.
